  We have very close ties in New Zealand and my wahine (kapden Niro) and myself wish to help the people of the world get in touch with New Zealand and it's culture. It is one of the most wonderful places in the world. We are based inside the USA where we are producing traditional & modern Maori art. Our carving affiliation is based from the Tuhoe and Kahungunu tribes of the north islands east coast. Our work force is made up of "Kapden-Niro", a native NZ Maori and myself "The New Zealand Trader", of native American decent. Together our carving and art experience is over 25 years and running. Our knowledge of Maori art extensive. Our goal will be to bring wonderful hand made Maori crafted items to eBay for the masses. We will always do our best to bring these items to you at a great price as well as reasonable cost & fast shipping. We will be doing our best to give the most accurate description and the true meaning of each item up for bid. We will hope the true meanings of the items created will intrigue you and help you to understand the culture better. There is no art created by a true Maori that does not have such an in-depth meaning as to it's conception of creation.
